The fundamental components of dewatering lines are belt presses. Belt presses are devices for the mechanical dewatering of various types of sludge or other media. The goal is to achieve the desired dryness of the sludge by applying mechanical pressure to the sludge, which is mixed with a flocculant solution. The separated water can be recycled and reused in the technological process of the dewatering line.  

Technical requirements

  • Voltage system: 3 + PEN  ~ 50Hz, 400/230V, TN – S,
  • Utility water (with a pressure of 5-6 bar), or the option to use filtrate,
  • Connection to the chemical preparation unit (flocculant delivery),
  • Compressed air connection min. 6 bar.

On the basis of the parameters of sludge, or other media, it is possible to select a dewatering device both from a functional and energy perspective (in addition to the standard type, we can adapt the device to customer requirements). Factors to consider when selecting the device are primarily the input parameters of the sludge:

  • Dry matter – (preferably send for analysis to VANEX)
  • Proportion of organic matter – (preferably send for analysis to VANEX)
  • Capacity (m3/hour) – inflow of material intended for processing (sludge/other medium)
  • Flocculant – determined based on analysis

*   Výkon pásových lisov súvisí predovšetkým so vstupnou sušinou. Pre vysvetlenie je uvedený príklad pre pásový lis VX-GORO 6V (prvý riadok tabuľky): pri 1% vstupnej sušine bude výkon 5 m3/hod a pri 4% vstupnej sušine bude výkon 2 m3/hod
** Výstupná sušina závisí od podielu organických látok v materiáli,  preto je najlepším riešením poslať        vzorky  materiálu na rozbor do spoločnosti VANEX, ktorá následne vytypuje ideálne riešenie.
