In addition to standard sludge dewatering lines, our company is also able to place the line on the chassis of a truck, or on a separate trailer or semi-trailer. Such a solution is primarily intended for:
- for municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants, where it is necessary to drain sludge at several points,
- for sludge dewatering at treatment plants with less sludge production, for which a stationary sludge dewatering line would be financially unavailable.
The performance of the device, the content of solids at the outlet and the consumption of powdered flocculant depend on the parameters of the dewatered sludge, the type and dose of the powdered flocculant used and the quality of service.
The input and output points of individual media are designed with regard to the quick start-up of the mobile device, or into transportable condition. The sludge and rinsing water inlets are terminated with quick couplings.
